Description

You will lead functional testing efforts to ensure project modules meet client and internal quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Participate in functional and technical discussions to identify specification gaps and performance concerns.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test case suites.
• Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks and comprehensive test strategies.
• Manage test data, monitor schedules, and prepare status reports to mitigate project risks.
• Mentor QA engineers on testing frameworks and technical skill development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in testing roles.
• Strong understanding of functional testing concepts and methodologies.
• Proficiency with Selenium and TestNG.
• Experience developing test plans, strategies, and frameworks.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of database testing and data validation practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
• Certified Selenium Tester certification.
