Description

You will lead testing efforts in a multi-module, multi-vendor environment, owning release quality and test coverage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional testing across internal teams and external vendors.
• Develop Integrated Master Test Plans to guide the full testing lifecycle.
• Maintain requirements traceability to ensure complete test coverage.
• Lead and mentor the testing team through complex project phases.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software testing.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools.
• Proficiency working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.

Preferred Skills

• Medicaid/Healthcare domain experience with familiarity with CMS testing standards.
• State Government or Public Sector experience.
