Lead testing efforts and drive automation strategy within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and analyze automation tests to ensure software quality.
• Build and update testing frameworks to support evolving requirements.
• Mentor team members on testing best practices and technical execution.
• Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle from initial planning through to execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in automation test development and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
• Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Rational Tool suite.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and Agile principles.
• Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce software quality assurance.
• BDD testing using Cucumber.
