Description

Lead software testing efforts across manual and automation workstreams for ERP, EBS, or HCM systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain existing regression test suites.
• Execute test scripts and provide progress reports with accurate results.
• Manage test data and identify test environment requirements.
• Coordinate with development teams and vendors to manage defect fixes and severity.
• Track and report overall testing activity status to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software testing.
• Experience with ERP, EBS, or HCM systems.
• Proficiency in manual and automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with ALM or JIRA.
• Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, UI, backend, UAT, smoke, performance, and browser testing.
• Strong skills in requirement analysis, test scenario preparation, and defect management.
