Description

Lead testing activities and deliverables for small to medium projects across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Define test delivery strategies for manual, performance, and automation testing within Agile and Waterfall SDLCs.
• Plan test phases, manage estimations, and define test data and environment management strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle including preparation, execution, defect management, and post Go-live delivery.
• Oversee SLA management, reporting, metrics collection, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Product Owners, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and UAT support.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional testing experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading teams of 3-6 resources.
• Expertise in Test Planning and SDLC methodologies.
• Proven experience in Agile environments.
• Strong background in UAT support and client relationship management.
• Ability to manage test delivery for both T&M and Fixed price models.
• Experience with defect management, risk escalation, and SLA reporting.
