Lead testing efforts for large-scale core banking projects, focusing on end-to-end integration and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end (E2E) testing across complex core banking workflows.
• Manage Non-Functional Testing (NFT) requirements for banking applications.
• Perform extensive regression testing on large-scale Flexcube or core banking systems.
• Validate account expansion projects and their impact on upstream and downstream applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in manual and automation testing.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end (E2E) testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with NFT testing.
• Deep experience in core banking projects.
• Experience with Flexcube or similar large-scale banking systems.
• Knowledge of upstream and downstream application integration impacts.

• Any Graduate degree.
