Description

Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for multiple releases while managing onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Define testing scope, quality metrics, and adherence to QA standards across releases.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks for UI, API, and regression testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and drive automation coverage.
• Oversee functional, integration, and UAT support testing including defect triage and root cause analysis.
• Mentor QA team members and coordinate with Product Owners, Developers, and Scrum Masters.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering.
• 3-5 years in a Test Lead or QA Lead role managing teams.
• 3-5 years of Web application testing experience.
• Strong expertise in test automation frameworks, with Playwright highly preferred.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST clients) and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for Playwright and SQL for database testing.
• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies.
