Description

You will direct enterprise-level QA strategy and execution for consumer lending IT landscapes, owning quality standards across loan origination and servicing portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development of QA strategy, discipline, and execution across loan origination, servicing, and data portfolios.
• Lead and mentor the Quality Engineering team, handling interviewing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Govern quality engineering standards and ensure adherence across application development and support teams.
• Manage testing capacity, tools, environments, and knowledge assets to drive continuous improvement in metrics and SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA Program Management within a global delivery model.
• Proven experience leading multiple testing aspects including system, functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Expertise in managing and developing automated tests, including unit, UI, and load testing.
• Strong technical proficiency in both functional and non-functional testing, manual and automation.
• Experience managing testing departments or functions within an outsourced or managed services model.
• Deep knowledge of Risk Management, specifically risk identification and mitigation.
• Ability to deliver complex programs within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to manage relationships across business, IT, and third-party vendors.
