Description

You will lead and drive testing efforts for new internal platforms and applications, maintaining a 50/50 split between technical leadership and hands-on scripting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing efforts for internal platforms and applications.
• Provide technical leadership while executing hands-on test scripting.
• Design and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and Playwright.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate tests into Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software testing experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Selenium for automated testing.
• Expert-level proficiency in Playwright for modern web testing.
• Strong proficiency in C# and Java programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with .NET framework development.
• Practical experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and test management.
• Familiarity with Generative AI applications in software testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted test generation or optimization.
• Background in leading large-scale platform testing initiatives.
