Lead IT testing processes, manage project execution, and oversee infrastructure roadmaps for the Middletown, DE location.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop IT project plans and manage existing technology infrastructure alongside future roadmaps.
• Coordinate IT testing processes to ensure timely development integration and conflict mitigation.
• Analyze, design, and implement test plans, test strategies, and test integrations.
• Plan and coordinate System Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT).

Required Skills

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in IT testing or project management.
• Ability to analyze and design comprehensive test plans and strategies.
• Experience coordinating System Testing and System Integration Testing.
• Skills in troubleshooting network configurations and application services.
• Knowledge of development life cycle processes including build, stage, and deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
