Description

You will lead testing efforts for the CIS system migration, focusing on data migration and edge integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of testers through the CIS system migration lifecycle.
• Define test strategies and create test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, and analysts to clarify requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to validate features.
• Ensure release quality by maintaining test coverage and mitigating risks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the Utilities sector.
• Strong technical and functional expertise in manual and automation testing.
• Experience with JIRA for story management.
• Proficiency in Playwright for automation.
• Familiarity with enterprise software including SAP, Salesforce, and IBM ACE.
• Experience with CIS system migration or real-time/file-based integration testing.
• Ability to translate user stories into actionable test plans.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
