Description

Lead testing efforts and manage the end-to-end quality assurance lifecycle for multiple projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead test strategy, test plans, and schedules for assigned projects.
• Manage requirements gathering, system analysis, and finalization of technical and functional specifications.
• Oversee resource allocation, estimates, and expenses to ensure project targets are met.
• Perform reviews of requirements, design, test strategy, and test cases.
• Write and execute test data scripts, and perform detailed analysis on script results.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency with Selenium (Java) and Cucumber BDD.
• Hands-on experience with Fast Framework and TestNG.
• Practical knowledge of Waterfall and Agile testing methodologies.
• Experience using Eclipse IDE, JIRA, Git, Confluence, and Client ALM.
• Competency with Jenkins, Maven, Clarity PPM, and QTest.
• Ability to manage technical specifications and resource planning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Python.
