Job Description
This resource will reproduce the customer issues, establish an objective baseline and build repeatable performance tests for critical customer journeys.

Required skills and experience: Performance, load, stress and endurance testing Strong experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, k6 or a comparable tool Browser-based and protocol-level test development File upload and multipart transaction testing Concurrent user and transaction-volume modeling WebSphere, WebLogic and Oracle performance testing End-to-end customer journey scripting across multiple systems Backend monitoring and telemetry correlation during testing Application, middleware, database and dependency bottleneck isolation Capacity and breakpoint analysis Synthetic monitoring for critical customer journeys Performance NFRs, acceptance criteria and release gates Ability to compare test results with actual production behavior Clear root-cause documentation and remediation validation
