Description

Lead verification and validation for power and embedded systems. You define test strategy, drive automation, and ensure product quality through rigorous system-level testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and schedules for system releases.
• Plan, develop, and execute system, integration, and element-level testing including regression and validation.
• Develop and maintain automated test infrastructure to optimize testing efficiency.
• Analyze root causes of customer issues and collaborate with development teams to resolve them.
• Lead go/no-go release decisions based on test results, coverage, and system stability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software/hardware testing teams.
• Proficiency in defining test strategy and system-level testing for power or embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies (Regression, Functional, Performance, Black Box, White Box, Integration).
• Proficient in communication protocols: Modbus, CAN, IEC 61850.
• Experience with regulatory compliance testing.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Ability to manage traceability between test plans, cases, and requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in international or multi-site project development.
