Lead end-to-end quality assurance and testing efforts within the banking domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, strategies, and essential testing artifacts.
• Manage the Requirement Traceability Matrix to ensure full coverage.
• Coordinate testing activities with stakeholders and external vendors.
• Execute testing processes across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in software testing.
• Mandatory banking domain knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with TOSCA and Selenium for automation.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for test management.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
• Deep understanding of testing lifecycle phases and processes.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
