Key Requirements:
✔️ 3+ years of experience as a Test Lead in Banking projects
✔️ Strong knowledge of QA, Functional Testing, SDLC (Agile/Waterfall)
✔️ Experience in test metrics, reporting, and process improvement
✔️ Hands-on with tools: HP ALM, Quality Center, JIRA, Confluence
✔️ Exposure to Git/Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, SoapUI
✔️ Strong experience in Banking / Financial domain (Mandatory)
