Description

You will lead QA activities and testing strategies for banking projects, ensuring quality delivery across the SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute testing strategies for complex financial systems.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, from requirements analysis to release.
• Drive process improvement through test metrics and detailed reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years specifically as a Test Lead in Banking/Financial projects.
• Strong knowledge of Functional Testing, QA methodologies, and SDLC (Agile/Waterfall).
• Hands-on experience with HP ALM and Quality Center.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.
• Exposure to Git/Bitbucket for version control and Maven for build management.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
