Description

You will lead QA efforts and ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define goals and measurement plans for software process performance aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end test processes within the defined SDLC.
• Conduct system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications.
• Compile and interpret reports detailing software testing outcomes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Test Lead role with 5+ years total experience.
• Demonstrated experience in the Banking or Financial domain.
• Proficiency in SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in E2E Test management and industry testing standards.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with HP ALM Quality Centre, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Proficiency with testing tools including Postman, SoapUI, Git, and Bitbucket.
• Experience with Maven.
