Role Overview
Seeking a Test Lead with banking/financial domain experience and strong expertise in E2E, UAT, regression, functional, and IT QA testing.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Lead in Banking projects.

Hands-on experience with E2E, UAT, and regression testing.

Strong knowledge of IT QA, functional testing, SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (Waterfall, Agile), metrics, automated testing frameworks, and industry testing standards.

Define goals and measurement plans for software process performance in accordance with business objectives.

Experience compiling and interpreting reports.

Extensive experience in system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications.

Strong knowledge of HP ALM Quality Center, Confluence, JIRA, and testing tools including Git/Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, and SoapUI or similar tools.

Must have experience working in the Banking or Financial domain.
