Description

You will own the quality assurance strategy and execution for banking software projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define software process performance goals and measurement plans in accordance with business objectives.
• Compile and interpret QA metrics and reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications.
• Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks and industry testing standards.
• Guide the team through SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Lead in Banking or Financial domain projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT QA, functional testing, and SDLC concepts.
• Proficiency with HP ALM Quality Center, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Experience with testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
• Hands-on experience with Git or Bitbucket and Maven.
• Ability to define goals and measurement plans for software process performance.
• Experience in system analysis and troubleshooting software applications.
