Description

Lead software verification and testing activities for embedded systems, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from design to execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, protocols, and test cases for embedded software verification and validation.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Python scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate them into actionable test cases.
• Identify and develop software test tools to verify system software and validate existing verification tools.
• Provide technical guidance to a team of test engineers and suggest improvements to testing methods and tools.

Required Skills

• 7 to 9 years of experience in software verification and testing.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.
• Experience with hardware testing, diagnostics, and debugging.
• Strong background in end-to-end functional testing and manual testing of Embedded C++.
• Data Science expertise including Customer Segmentation (Marketing), Machine Learning, SQL, AWS, and Tableau.
• Ability to conduct design verification and tests on new or existing products throughout the development cycle.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Validation and Verification Protocols for Medical Devices, such as ISO or IEC 62366:2007.
