Description

You will lead testing efforts for embedded software systems within medical device applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for software systems using Python and C#.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using C#, .NET, and Python against design verification test protocols.
• Perform dry runs to ensure script accuracy and execute formal automation testing to archive verification logs and results.
• Collaborate with verification engineers and product architects to translate requirements into automated test cases.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, including test coverage and defect metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software testing.
• Proficiency in Python and C#.
• Experience with .NET and C++ development.
• Hands-on experience with PyFast and scripting for test automation.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Experience with embedded software testing environments.
• Ability to manage automation scripts and configuration within a JAMA environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Validation and Verification Protocols for medical devices, such as ISO or IEC 62366:2007.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
