Description

You will lead the quality assurance effort for software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the automation test team and drive quality processes.
• Identify business requirements by meeting with system users to define testing scope.
• Write test plans, execute test scripts, and document defects and test summaries.
• Liaise with development and project teams globally to manage delivery commitments.
• Communicate testing findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in QA testing.
• Demonstrable experience in leading Test Automation.
• Expert knowledge of GxP requirements.
• Proficiency in Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and the SDLC.
• Competent technical skills combined with strong organizational abilities.
• Experience in the Life Science or Pharma domain is required.
