Description

Lead the QA test team for ServiceNow application delivery, owning defect management and testing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a QA test team and manage the defect management process.
• Design, develop, and maintain functional test cases based on gathered requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to design specific testing strategies for ServiceNow modules.
• Provide QA testing effort estimates to client managers and scrum masters.
• Participate in sprint planning to identify risks and impacts within ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in QA testing.
• 6+ years of experience specifically in ServiceNow testing.
• Manual testing experience with ServiceNow Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Release modules.
• Experience testing ServiceNow domain separated environments.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow development and objects used in development.
• Hands-on experience working within an Agile process.
• Proven ability to lead a QA test team and coordinate people.
