You will lead testing efforts and manage teams to ensure software quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead teams of testers through the software development lifecycle.
• Create comprehensive testing documentation and test scripts.
• Execute end-to-end testing activities, including system and functional testing.
• Perform analytical assessments to identify software flaws and ensure seamless user experiences.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in a Test Lead role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance Testing, including SIT and System Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Test Scripts and Product Testing.
• Technical proficiency with Selenium and UFT.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test automation tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, or Single View.
