Description

Lead end-to-end testing activities to ensure application quality and compliance with industry standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and test cases for applications.
• Execute comprehensive functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or HP ALM, performing root cause analysis.
• Lead and mentor the testing team while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
• Provide test progress reports and key metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related testing role.
• Strong domain experience within the Utility industry.
• Expertise in test planning, test execution, and defect management.
• Proficiency in SDET practices.
• Experience validating APIs and services through manual and automated test cases.
• Proficiency with Selenium for test automation.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or HP ALM.
• Experience with Tosca.
• Ability to manage testing SLAs and KPIs.
