Description

Lead automation testing efforts for the ServiceNow application, managing a team of 5-8 testers and driving technical outcomes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present automation test strategies to stakeholders for approval.
• Manage a team of 5 to 8 automation testers, assigning work and directing technical outcomes.
• Create comprehensive test schedules, scenarios, plans, and test cases from scratch.
• Produce Daily Status Reports (DSR) and Weekly Status Reports (WSR).
• Build and maintain a standardized database of test cases using industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on ServiceNow.
• Proven experience as a Test Lead managing automation teams.
• Expertise in developing automation frameworks and scripting for web apps, desktop, and package apps like SAP.
• Practical experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA and DevOps tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for direct onsite collaboration.
