Description

Lead device testing for voice services and IMS network infrastructure, managing test plans, execution, and troubleshooting for VoLTE, 5G IoT, and residential gateways.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and compile results for comprehensive test plans for voice services and IMS infrastructure.
• Oversee the integration of IMS, Mobility (VoLTE), and 5G IoT modules, including Residential Gateway and IAD testing.
• Analyze network traffic and troubleshoot call issues using Wireshark to ensure service quality.
• Lead project planning, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for testing initiatives.
• Manage documentation for all implemented solutions, technical processes, and system assessments.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience in device testing for voice services.
• Deep knowledge of SIP messaging, SIP protocols, and IMS network architecture.
• Hands-on experience with IMS call flows and troubleshooting.
• Experience testing VoLTE, 5G CVoIP, BVoIP, and Residential Gateways (RG) or IADs.
• Technical expertise in 5G Private Networks and 5G IoT module integration.
• Strong analytical skills for system assessments and process improvements.
• Ability to work a rotating Saturday/Sunday schedule (40 hours per week).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 911 service testing and compliance.
• Background in telecom network infrastructure design.
