Description

You will lead testing efforts for SuccessFactors and SAP Time Management implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing lifecycle for SuccessFactors and SAP Time Management by Kronos modules.
• Manage testing timelines and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met.
• Execute complex data validation and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate testing activities to ensure system accuracy and data integrity.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of total professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a Test Lead role.
• Deep expertise in SuccessFactors testing and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Time Management by Kronos.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data validation and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in Spanish.
