Description
You will lead testing efforts for Life Insurance applications within a global Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate testing activities between multiple global squads and act as a bridge between business users and IT application teams.
- Create and review test designs based on User Stories and estimate testing effort for all associated tasks.
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test scripts.
- Manage the defect life cycle and provide daily status reports to stakeholders.
- Set priorities and manage client expectations for assigned testing tasks.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of testing experience specifically within Life Insurance applications.
- Deep domain knowledge of Life Asia (AS400) for New Business, Claims, and Policy Servicing.
- Experience with Agile testing methodologies, covering both manual and automation approaches.
- Proficiency in API testing.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum processes.
- Agile and Scrum certification.
- Strong understanding of New Business, POS, and Claim processing workflows.
- Any Graduate degree.
