Description

You will lead testing efforts for Life Insurance applications within a global Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing activities between multiple global squads and act as a bridge between business users and IT application teams.
• Create and review test designs based on User Stories and estimate testing effort for all associated tasks.
• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test scripts.
• Manage the defect life cycle and provide daily status reports to stakeholders.
• Set priorities and manage client expectations for assigned testing tasks.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of testing experience specifically within Life Insurance applications.
• Deep domain knowledge of Life Asia (AS400) for New Business, Claims, and Policy Servicing.
• Experience with Agile testing methodologies, covering both manual and automation approaches.
• Proficiency in API testing.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum processes.
• Agile and Scrum certification.
• Strong understanding of New Business, POS, and Claim processing workflows.

Education

• Any Graduate degree.
