Description

Lead data testing initiatives and manage a team of ETL testers to ensure data integrity across systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of ETL testers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Define, develop, and implement comprehensive ETL test strategies, plans, and test cases.
• Oversee execution of data validation, integrity, transformation logic, performance, and regression testing.
• Design and execute complex SQL queries to validate data between source and target systems.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and analysts to ensure test coverage and resolve defects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL testing, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and validation.
• Expertise in data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS.
• Proficiency with test management tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, or ALM.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated ETL testing tools like QuerySurge or Informatica Data Validation Option.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or Azure Synapse.
• Knowledge of Python or Shell scripting for test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
