Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of quality-engineering solutions supporting the modernization of systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of quality-engineering solutions aligning with the strategic roadmap.
• Partner with SRE to embed observability metrics and quality gates into automated tests.
• Drive Gen-AI/LLM experimentation, transitioning validated prototypes into production platforms.
• Guide feature teams on modern quality practices like Shift-Left, DevTestOps, and contract testing.
• Integrate and optimize vendor testing platforms to maximize business value and ROI.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a technical leadership or engineering role.
• Proficiency in Playwright, Restassured, Postman, and Pact for automated testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions and Azure Devops.
• Hands-on knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, specifically AWS.
• Ability to architect and validate data within databases.
• Experience with AI/Gen-AI tools like Copilot or ChatGPT in a development context.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical architecture to business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UiPath and LambdaTest.
• Knowledge of performance engineering and data validation frameworks.
