Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of quality-engineering solutions for system modernization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Align quality-engineering delivery with the strategic roadmap.
• Partner with SRE to embed observability metrics and quality gates into automated tests.
• Drive Gen-AI/LLM experimentation and transition validated prototypes into production.
• Guide feature teams on Shift-Left, DevTestOps, and contract testing practices.
• Integrate and optimize vendor testing platforms to maximize ROI.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in technical leadership or engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Playwright, RestAssured, Postman, and Pact.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments.
• Ability to architect and validate data within databases.
• Experience using AI/Gen-AI tools like Copilot or ChatGPT.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical architecture to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UiPath and LambdaTest.
• Knowledge of performance engineering and data validation frameworks.
