Description

Lead quality assurance efforts for consumer, digital, and commercial banking systems across web and mobile platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional testing teams to ensure delivery quality.
• Perform automation tool feasibility studies and implement QA methodologies.
• Conduct business analysis and domain-specific testing within US banking regulations.
• Apply QA best practices to banking application implementations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in banking domain test automation.
• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for test automation.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and testing tools.
• Experience with Fiserv tools such as Signature, Aperiodo, Connected Teller, Corillian, Mobiliti, MX Brio, Commercial Center, ACBS, PEP+, ARP SMS, Payment Exchange, Weiland, RDC, or Checkfree SBB.
• Deep understanding of US consumer banking processes and regulations.
• Experience building banking products or providing IT services to financial institutions.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Engineering, Finance, Science, or Business Administration.
