Description

You will manage end-to-end testing for modules within a large-scale Medicaid Enterprise System project.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end testing for one or more project modules.
• Lead testing teams of 20-25 testers across SIT and UAT phases.
• Coordinate multiple testing teams across various geographically distributed divisions.
• Manage vendor testing teams and coordinate directly with external vendors.
• Report on quality metrics and project status to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software test management as a Test Lead or Test Manager.
• 5+ years of experience coordinating distributed testing teams across an organization.
• 5+ years of experience managing vendor testing teams.
• Proficiency in functional, non-functional, smoke, sanity, integration, usability, UAT, end-to-end, regression, and performance testing.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience with Cloud testing.
• Proficiency in Microfocus ALM.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving automation on large-scale programs.
