Description

You will lead end-to-end testing strategies for Branch Teller System implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Create detailed functional and non-functional test cases and scenarios.
• Lead test case execution and ensure accurate recording of all results.
• Manage defect identification, documentation, and resolution processes.
• Collaborate with software and system integration vendors to resolve testing requirements and issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in end-to-end test management.
• Proficiency with Karate, HP ALM, Jira, and Microfocus.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience conducting non-functional testing, specifically performance and availability.
• Knowledge of SDLC processes.
• Experience with branch banking systems.
• Familiarity with Philippines or Asian markets.

• Direct experience with branch teller systems.
