Lead testing activities as the single point of contact for stakeholders in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies and finalize test plans by analyzing applications and domains within short timeframes.
• Build and manage testing teams based on specific skillsets and project requirements.
• Assess project risks and provide actionable mitigation or contingency plans.
• Monitor test progress, manage defect lifecycles, and deliver status dashboards to stakeholders.
• Optimize project effort and cost while providing direction on automation and performance testing.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in testing roles.
• Extensive Telecom testing background.
• Hands-on experience with OSS / BSS testing.
• Proven ability to manage defect lifecycles and test progress.
• Experience in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Ability to design test strategies for complex technical domains.
• Any Graduate degree.
