Description

Lead all testing activities and serve as the single point of contact for stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies and finalize test plans by analyzing application technology and domain requirements.
• Build and manage testing teams based on project needs and available skillsets.
• Assess project risks and implement effective mitigation or contingency plans.
• Monitor test progress, manage defects, and provide status dashboards and reports to stakeholders.
• Optimize testing efforts and costs while providing guidance on automation and performance testing.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in testing roles.
• Extensive background in Telecom Testing.
• Proven experience with OSS / BSS testing.
• Ability to design test strategies within short timeframes.
• Experience in defect management and progress monitoring.
• Ability to manage team scaling and resource allocation.
• Experience communicating technical risks to stakeholders.

• Any Graduate degree.
