Description

You will lead testing activities for a data-centric project, managing risks and coordinating workstreams to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute complex, joint test plans across multiple workstreams.
• Direct a small team of testers by defining expectations for use cases, coverage, dependencies, and test scripts.
• Track and report testing progress using metrics and evidence.
• Oversee project planning, delegate work schedules, and manage testing risks.
• Coordinate workshops and meetings to align testing segments with the broader project architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and test management.
• Proven background in data engineering or working on data-centric projects.
• Experience with QTest tracking tools.
• Proficiency in creating and managing test scripts and test planning.
• Ability to differentiate between unexpected results and software defects.
• Experience managing testing automation tools.
• Strong ability to communicate technical dependencies and testing segments to different workstreams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
