Description

You will lead automation infrastructure development and drive testing maturity across Scrum teams in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java code for automation infrastructure and build APIs to support rich test suites for product teams.
• Design test environments for cloud-native applications and manage test devices, OS versions, and datasets.
• Execute and maintain automated functional, integration, regression, and performance test scripts.
• Implement performance profiling and debug infrastructure code to reduce testing cycle times for CI/CD models.
• Drive BDD/ATDD capabilities to shift testing left and develop dashboards to monitor application KPIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and QA automation.
• Proficiency in Java for infrastructure and API development.
• Experience with performance testing and performance profiling.
• Strong background in creating test suites from business requirements and functional specifications.
• Ability to manage test data and maintain "Gold" copy datasets for robust testing.
• Experience implementing improvements in automation architecture and testing methodologies.
• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or an MIS-related field.

Preferred Skills

• MS degree in a technical field of study.
