Description

You will lead testing operations for the Accounting and Reporting workstream, managing a team to meet timelines and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies for modules including General Ledger, IFRS17, Actuarial, Insurance, and Payroll.
• Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Manage integration testing with Azure Databricks Data Repository.
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing, with proven experience as a Test Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and Python for automation.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion and its associated modules.
• Familiarity with Azure Databricks and data integration processes.
• Experience facilitating Agile teams on complex, data-driven technical projects.
• Experience testing finance or insurance industry workflows such as Consolidation, Re-insurance, and Investment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Any Graduate degree.
