Description

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise application testing/programs
• 8+ years hands on Test Manager / Test Lead roles
• Proven experience leading testing for large-scale ERP transformations or integrations
• Strong experience with multi-system integration programs
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Functional & Technical Expertise

Deep understanding of:

• SAP S/4HANA testing
• Enterprise SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Ariba, Anaplan, Kinaxis)
• Experience in: 
• End-to-end business process testing (OTC, P2P, SCM, Finance, etc.)
• Data migration and reconciliation validation
• Interface and integration testing
• Testing Tools & Methodologies

Hands-on experience with:

• qTest (Highly preferred) or similar ALM tools
• Strong expertise in:
• Test lifecycle management
• Defect management frameworks
• Requirements traceability
• Risk-based testing
• Leadership & Soft Skills

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with:
• Global teams
• Business SMEs
• IT delivery and PMO organizations
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• Ability to manage complex, high-pressure program timelines
• Preferred Qualifications

Experience in merger/integration programs (highly desirable)

• Familiarity with Testing-as-a-Service (TaaS) models
• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of SOX controls and audit validation processes
