Description

You will lead testing strategies for large-scale ERP transformations and enterprise integrations, managing cross-functional teams across global time zones.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing for SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Ariba, Anaplan, and Kinaxis environments.
• Manage end-to-end business process testing for OTC, P2P, SCM, and Finance workflows.
• Oversee data migration, reconciliation validation, and interface integration testing.
• Drive test lifecycle management, defect frameworks, and requirements traceability.
• Coordinate with global teams, business SMEs, and PMO organizations to meet program timelines.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise application testing programs.
• 8+ years in hands-on Test Manager or Test Lead roles.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Enterprise SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Ariba, Anaplan, Kinaxis).
• Proven experience leading multi-system integration and large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Strong background in risk-based testing and ALM tools (qTest preferred).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with Testing-as-a-Service (TaaS) models.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and audit validation processes.
