Description

Lead end-to-end testing lifecycles for Capital Markets projects, managing onshore and offshore delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirement analysis and create detailed test strategies, low-level test plans, and environment plans.
• Provide test estimates including timelines and resource requirements for in-scope items.
• Drive test delivery against agreed schedules and manage the defect management process through to closure.
• Coordinate test environment usage and upgrades, managing RAID items with mitigation plans.
• Direct offshore test analysts, leads, and managers to ensure high-quality deliveries.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in a Test Management role.
• Deep domain expertise in Capital Markets, specifically Swaps and Bonds.
• Experience managing offshore test delivery teams and onshore project teams.
• Proven ability to create detailed test plans and work breakdown structures.
• Strong functional testing skills.
• Experience communicating technical plans and risks to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and escalate RAID items effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Message automation experience.
• Jira and Confluence experience.
• ISTQB or equivalent qualification.
