Description

Own end-to-end test strategy and quality assurance for CashPro Data and Payment Tracker platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategies for backend systems, ETL pipelines, APIs, and web applications.
• Design test cases for data ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation to ensure payment data integrity.
• Validate complex data flows in batch and real-time environments, including schema evolution and lineage.
• Perform API service-level testing, contract validation, and performance checks for payment workflows.
• Manage test data strategy, including synthetic data creation and sensitive data masking for compliance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance and testing management.
• Strong expertise in testing data-driven applications within financial services.
• Proficiency in SQL for analyzing large datasets and verifying business rules.
• Experience with ETL pipeline testing and backend integration validation.
• Ability to develop and maintain test automation integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of data privacy standards and regulatory audit readiness.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience with payment processing platforms and transaction workflows.
• Background in data engineering or data services testing.
