Description

You will own end-to-end testing activities across multiple business and technology workstreams, ensuring successful execution of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and End-to-End (E2E) Testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Test Strategy, Test Plans, and execution roadmaps, defining scope, entry/exit criteria, and success measures.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, Support, Infrastructure, and Business SMEs to drive SIT, UAT, and E2E testing.
• Manage defect triage, remediation tracking, and risk mitigation, ensuring timely resolution and effective regression testing.
• Facilitate UAT readiness, business review of test scenarios, and sign-off processes while maintaining traceability in ADO and SharePoint.
• Produce daily/weekly testing dashboards and status reports, communicating risks and progress to program leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Testing/QA experience with 3–5 years in Test Lead or Test Manager roles.
• Strong expertise in SIT, UAT, Regression, and E2E Testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in test management tools: Azure DevOps (ADO), SharePoint, Jira, HP ALM, or equivalents.
• Experience with Test Planning, Governance, Defect Management, and Risk/Issue Management.
• Ability to challenge requirements, identify critical risks, and validate business workflows and data integrity.
• Proven track record of coordinating large-scale testing programs involving multiple applications and dependencies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for managing distributed global teams and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Automated QA tools such as TestComplete.
• Domain knowledge in BFS (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance).
