Description

Own large-scale testing programs across multiple applications and dependencies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning, governance, and execution for SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Manage defect tracking, risk assessment, and issue resolution throughout the SDLC.
• Coordinate distributed global teams and manage stakeholder communications.
• Oversee test management tools and ensure quality standards are met.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of Testing/QA experience, including 3–5 years in Test Lead or Test Manager roles.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, HP ALM, or equivalent test management tools.
• Proven ability to coordinate large-scale testing programs involving multiple applications.
• Experience working across distributed global teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
