Responsibilities

• Lead a testing team and promote test-driven development cycles.
• Refine and implement QA processes, standards, and controls.
• Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and maintain defect logs.
• Liaise with stakeholders to communicate the business impact of defects to product and engineering teams.
• Review specifications to develop test plans and prepare necessary data sets.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Testing role.
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build professional relationships.
• Experience developing effective test plans and managing defect logs.
• Capability to perform both manual and automated testing.
• Willingness to undertake 30-60% travel.
• Any graduate degree.
