Description

You will lead QA efforts within the Insurance – Property & Casualty domain, ensuring test governance and stakeholder communication.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead onshore-offshore QA teams and coordinate distributed workflows.
• Execute functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and data validation cycles.
• Validate insurance claims migration processes for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain test governance and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in QA leadership.
• Deep expertise in Insurance – Property & Casualty (Auto & Home) domains.
• Proficiency in Functional Testing.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Expertise in Data Validation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead distributed QA teams.
• Understanding of insurance claims migration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation tools.
• Background in Agile/Waterfall hybrid projects.
